Booking Terms & Conditions – VIP Athens Transfer

The VIP Athens Transfer booking system is designed to provide a secure and reliable user experience. We utilize advanced encryption technologies to ensure the protection of your personal data and the security of all transactions.

Booking Confirmation Policy

Upon receipt of the fully completed booking form with all required information, our team will promptly evaluate your request and provide an email confirming availability.
Should a deposit be necessary, a payment of (20%) will be requested.
Subsequently, you will receive a final confirmation email including all pertinent service details.

* Please note that a booking is considered valid only upon issuance of the official confirmation email by “VIP Athens Transfer”.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we accept multiple payment options:

  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, payable via bank transfer (Payment link), Credit/Debit card , Viva Wallet or via Pay Pal.
  • The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by card upon completion of the service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time incur no charge.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the service will result in the loss of the deposit.
  • Last-minute cancellations without prior notice will incur the full charge.

Modifications & Cancellations

All modifications or cancellations must be submitted exclusively via email to info@vipathenstransfer.com

For any modification or cancellation to be valid, it must be confirmed by our team. Since our services are personalized, we appreciate timely notifications to adjust our availability for other clients who may require our services.
